Welcome to the New Wave Coaching: 6 Week Nutrition/ Weight Loss Challenge. Group weight loss challenges are a great and effective way to help people change their lives and improve their health. It's the perfect time to dial in your nutrition and get ready for bathing suit season. Even though this challenge is only 6 week my goal is to give you habits that you will hold onto for a lifetime.

Our OVERALL contest winners will be judged based on 3 categories: Total Weight Lost, Most Participation points and Best Transformation. Prizes will be given out at the end of the challenge.
Weekly points will be awarded to participants based on your weekly food tracking, consistency in your lifestyle habits, and active participation within the group. Therefore, be ready to also engage with us from home, show us the dishes you are cooking, send us clips of you performing the exercises.

Daily Rules
-
Follow a 80/20 diet 80% Healthy food choices, 20% not so healthy food choices that you enjoy and daily track calories in MyfitnessPal

30+ Minute workout 4x per week

Weigh in Wednesday - Weekly Weight check and Progress Picture. Scales should be digital or doctor's scales and placed on a hard, flat surface. Scales with biometric readings i.e. body fat %, muscle mass work best

Drink one gallon of water or ½ your body weight in oz of water

Meditate/Mindfulness Journal or Prayer 5 minutes a day

Listen or read 10 Minutes of Self Development Podcast or Books 10 mins

Nutrition/Meal Plans

If you don’t give your body the nutrition it needs to change, it doesn’t matter how much time you spend in the gym. My approach to getting the nutritional fuel you need without making it hard for yourself. This plan includes 2 Monthly Meal Plans based on your specific caloric needs
New Wave Nutrition Academy
For this challenge I will be giving you access to my online nutrition school. This is the cheat code to weight loss and improving health and performance. I share all the nutrition/fitness gems that I've collected on my journey and have helped me get great results. Weight loss is something that begins on the inside and shows once you develop your nutritional philosophy and habits. Study the videos in this course and you will attain nutrition knowledge that lasts a lifetime .

New Wave Fitness
4 Online in App Workouts each Week. This is the workout program that I personally created to get the body I have now. All workouts are bodyweight/calisthenics workouts customized for both beginners and people who already workout. No need to go to the gym. You can do these workouts in the comfort of your own home. Follow this workout plan and you'll be seeing results in no time!

2 New Wave Evaluations

In these assessments we will establish/monitor your goals and understand your why.
We will discuss what success looks like for you over the course of the challenge and long-term success.

1-On-1 Nutrition Coaching
1 - 45 minute Nutrition Coaching Session at week 3. In this coaching session we will refine your goals, celebrate your current progress, address any issues or questions and provide you knowledge and accountability.

Private Nutrition Accountability Group
It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a support group to lose weight and keep it off. In this in-app group chat I will share nutrition content, tips/tricks, progress updates, point leaderboards, and encouragement and support. Feel free to share your updates, photos/videos, recipes, ask questions or if needed message me directly. Let’s crush this challenge together and hold each other accountable.
