Person training working one-on-one with your own trainer is for anyone who struggles with motivation or lack of knowledge when it comes to sticking with a fitness/nutrition program.


How it works is simple, book a FREE 60 Minute Consultation and I will guide you through a step by step process to discover your specific coaching needs.  I will assess your goals and fitness level while providing guidance and helpful tips during your evaluation. Once we have everything down, I will create a plan for you and give recommendations how we can move you towards your goals. Getting Personal Trainer is a great way to build your self confidence, discipline, knowledge as well as motivation to get the most out of your workouts and nutrition. Pairing up with a coach will give you the maximum workout with the least amount of confusion or hassle.


You can Schedule your FREE Fitness Assessment at New Wave Coaching to measure various aspects of your body and its physical abilities.  A fitness assessment at our facility will identify your current fitness ability, nutrition and serves as a baseline or starting point of your body's overall fitness ability level.  We will use this assessment to figure out your training needs and goals, and to map out a Fitness/Nutrition Program which will help you in achieving those goals.  You can then compare your progress over time to this initial fitness assessment.


It begins with a short questionnaire about your fitness goals, health history, and your previous fitness/nutrition information. After going over the questionnaire with a certified personal trainer we will then measure your weight, and total body composition; muscle mass and fat mass. The final part of the fitness assessment will consists of a "Physical Movement Screening to test your Fitness level" All of this is vital to your fitness journey, and the ability to track your progress over time. My passion for living a vital healthy active life and my knowledge of Exercise Physiology, and Nutrition allows me to do what I love, which is to train and improve people's health and quality of life.
